These terms govern your use of mSamex Earn, operated by mSamex Cryptocurrency Exchange OÜ ("mSamex", "we"), a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17031074). By connecting a wallet and depositing, you agree to these terms.
mSamex Earn lets you deposit USDT or USDC (on BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum) into fixed-term or flexible staking plans and earn daily yield. It is a custodial product funded by mSamex card-service revenue.
You must be of legal age and not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the service is prohibited or where it would be unlawful for us to provide it. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Your connected wallet address is your account identity. We do not currently require email or identity verification, though we may introduce verification to meet legal obligations. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, and recovery phrase. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
Crypto products carry significant risk, including total loss. You acknowledge you have read and accepted the Risk Disclosure. Nothing here is financial advice.
You may not use the service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access or take other action where we reasonably suspect such activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mSamex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses arising from your wallet compromise, network or smart-contract failures, or market events. The service is provided "as is".
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia.
